The new site is active! grin Everyone should be able to login with their old username and password. If this is not working, please send an email to or use the contact form. A few users who have not had their account activated on the old site will need to register again here.

I will add some new features over time, but the basic structure is in place. For example, automatic links to Bible texts in the forum are not currently active, but I hope to have this working soon. The new site is pretty self-explanatory, but if there are any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

Any suggestions are appreciated, and they can be added here on this thread or on the Feedback Forum.

It is my sincere desire that we lift up the name of Jesus Christ in all that we do here, and that his gospel will be seen in the clearest light possible.

Blessings in Christ,

Greg

Hey John, I appreciate the feedback. Yes, it took a few hours to put this together, but I think the end result was worth it.  cheese

Hi Diana,

Good to hear from you again. Did you go to the big weekend? How was it?

Stan,
Like I said before I go to learn and go to meet old and new friends.
Dale Ratzlaff spoke on Friday evening to a large group of evangelicals and some SDAs.  All the evangelical churches in the area were invited to this.  His talk was about what adventists believe.  Because these evangelicals are so close to Loma Linda he, and all of us, wanted them to know the problems faced by exiting adventists when it comes to SDA doctrines. That way when an exiting SDA goes to their church they will have an idea of how and what to say to them and how to help them.  He did it very well, with a spirit of love and caring for the SDAs.
The ed session I went to was about how to spot a cult.  My notes are still in my car.  I have been to tired to get them out so I cannot give you the name of the man .
Greg Taylor led the break out session on all the texts in the Bible that speak of the spirit/soul.
The evening session we had a communion service led by Greg.  He spoke of his work in Africa with the former adventist ministers there.  I forget the name of the young man who spoke and told of how and why he left adventism.
When we walked into the church there was a cross set in the middle at the front of the church with lights shining on it.  As Greg went into the communion service, I cried and continued crying through it.  It was so spiritual.
God’s spirit was felt throughout the weekend by everyone.
When I get my notes out of my car I will give you more information.

How is your wife Stan?
I continue to pray for you and her.

There are things I want to study further, but they will have to wait as I go through my stack of books and subjects that are already on my stack.

Diana, thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you find the new design easy to use. It’s good to “see” you again and I’m thankful that you had an uplifting and edifying experience at the FAF meeting this weekend.
