Imprisoned For the Gospel w/ Tim Stephens
Like many pastors and churches, when COVID-19 hit the news and shut down orders spread across the globe, Tim Stephens and Fairview Baptist Church stopped holding services and assessed the situation. Not knowing what they were dealing with, they took every step necessary to use wisdom and prudence in their decision-making. But as it became clear that this virus was not all that the government made it out to be, Tim’s convictions stirred to re-open the church and begin preaching and holding worship services. His decision to re-open had a wide ripple effect that ultimately led to his imprisonment. As a husband, and a father to 8 children, Tim and Raquel Stephens had so much to lose. As fines piled up and public pressure mounted, Tim’s convictions remained anchored. To end the whole ordeal all he had to do was sign an agreement stating that he would not go back and re-open the church. He refused. This interview is the entire story in his own words.
5 Life Changing Messages - Paul Washer (2)
In this episode, Costi Hinn shares the 5th message in this summer series and Paul Washer makes his 2nd appearance. This particular sermon is from the G3 Conference in 2021 and is titled, “Christ Became a Curse.” It should be mandatory listening for any man who aspires to be a pastor-elder in the local church, and most certainly a convicting message for believers from all walks of life.
5 Life Changing Messages - Steve Lawson
In this episode, Costi Hinn shares the 3rd message in this summer series and it focuses on the kind of preaching every Christian should unapologetically expect from a faithful preacher. Our preacher is Dr. Steve Lawson, this particular sermon is from Shepherd’s Conference in 2019, and was instrumental in Costi's own desire to preach the Word in a pulpit for the rest of his life. It will help any believer understand the importance of preaching and what to expect of their church and pastors.
How the World Hijacks Our Easter
In this episode, Costi Hinn walks you through 3 ways this world attempts to hijack our Easter. Believers are in the world but not of the world, and we should prioritize our lives and important seasons accordingly. Easter is a high watermark of the Christian calendar, don't spiritually sleepwalk your way through it.
This Priority Will Change Your Life in 2023
In this episode, Costi Hinn helps you think deeply about your priorities in 2023 and describes one that will have a monumental impact on your life this year.
Truth AND Tone Matter
Correction and conflict regarding sin is inevitable in the church and we need to know how to navigate these issues in the way we communicate. Paul's instructions to Timothy in 1 Timothy 5:1-2 explain how to approach older men, older women, younger men, and younger women. In this episode, Costi Hinn unpacks why it's not only "what" you say that matters, but "how" you say it when dealing with family in Christ. Truth should never be compromised, but the Bible provides valuable insight for speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) to other believers.
The Keys to Church Unity
In this episode, Costi Hinn explains the keys to fostering unity in the church. While Christians will have many different opinions, preferences, and secondary doctrinal differences, unity is provided through the cross and can be preserved by the power of the Spirit.
Church Shopping vs. Church Hopping
In this episode Costi Hinn offers clarity on the difference between trying to find the right church for the right reasons, and hopping from church to church for consumer-driven reasons. He gives 6 marks of the right church to look for in today's culture, and encourages you to add to that list! We should be diligent in searching out the right local church and use Scripture as our basis for the decision.
Why Are You So Crazy About Church Planting?
Some people think church planting is a waste of time and money, while others are too scared or nervous to leave the comforts of their current church and help another one start. In this episode, Costi Hinn sits down with fellow pastor and proven church planter, Adam Bailie, to talk about the theology behind church planting, and why people should think about supporting or joining the establishment of new churches. They cover practical wisdom about the mission of God, life, leadership, and service that will apply to any Christian. Adam Bailie is a graduate of The Master's Seminary, and pastors Christ Church in Gilbert, Arizona. Christ Church has been a part of planting 18 churches in both the United States and internationally.
Singleness: Bless Your Little (Unmarried) Heart...Really?
In this episode, Costi Hinn & Jonny Ardavanis engage in a discussion that highlights the biblical framework for singleness and put to rest some of the well-intentioned but ignorant caricatures we see in the church today. The pressure on singles in the church can be intense. Though well-meaning, people in the church can patronize and pressure singles towards marriage, babies, and the next life stage as though they were a second-class citizen in the body until married and procreating. No matter how well-intentioned, this "downward" view on singleness can lead to us overlooking God's design and divine calling upon unmarried persons.
Confessions of an Ex Seeker-Driven Preacher
Seeker-driven church models have decayed the evangelical church. Avoiding words like “sin” & replacing Biblical teaching with worldly entertainment has left believers spiritually malnourished & churches unconverted.
Due to popular demand, we’ve turned a recent video interview (Confessions of an Ex Seeker-Driven Preacher) into a podcast episode. Costi Hinn interviews his long-time pastor, Anthony Wood, about his time leading a ministry driven by numbers and the next best thing. Anthony honestly unpacks the tactics he used to coerce people forward and the lack of spiritual maturity that developed. Finally, the two share how the Lord graciously opened their eyes to Biblical preaching & how that transformed Mission Bible Church, from pastors to the pews.

Costi Hinn: What To Expect From Your Pastor
In this episode Costi Hinn breaks down what every Christian should be able to expect from their pastors, and how a Christian should go about leaving a church that isn't being served by faithful leaders. If we're told to "submit to leaders" (Hebrews 13:17), we'd better make sure we're submitting to the right ones.
